these popovers took 24 hours to make


These are from "Cooks Country" magazine, Dec/Jan 09 issue, and they really are great--but allow time to make them--maybe make them on a sunday.

Here is my recipe research (including the muffin pan weeknight recipe (careful--you might burn your fingers on the pre-heated hot pan), summed up:

  1. the cook country recipe makes too much batter and always spill over in the oven...and the edges burn. just make the easy version.
