Tater Tale

my brother gave me a bag of potatoes
grown in northern minnesota
1.75 pounds
so I baked it, cooled it and cut it up the next day
fed family of four

    That's one of the biggest potatoes I've ever seen! It certainly cuts down on trips to the sink to scrub potatoes LOL
