These are from "Cooks Country" magazine, Dec/Jan 09 issue, and they really are great--but allow time to make them--maybe make them on a sunday.Here is my recipe research (including the muffin pan weeknight recipe (careful--you might burn your fingers on the pre-heated hot pan), summed up:
